Congregation Beth Shalom is located at the corner of 18th Street and Baynard Boulevard, directly across from Brandywine Park. Entrances are on both 18th Street and through the parking lot in the rear of the building. The weekday office entrance is handicap accessible and available through the parking lot. For services and special events, the entrance on 18th Street may also be open.

By Car:
From the north or south via Interstate 95

Take I-95 to the Concord Pike Southbound Exit. At the second traffic light bear right onto Baynard Boulevard. Congregation Beth Shalom is on the right at the intersection with 18th Street, across the street from Brandywine Park.

From the west via Delaware 52 (Pennsylvania Avenue)

Follow Pennsylvania Avenue into Wilmington. After crossing over Interstate 95 move to the left lane. Turn left onto Washington Street. Cross the Washington Street Bridge and continue straight up the hill -- you will be on Baynard Boulevard. Congregation Beth Shalom is at the top of the hill at the intersection with 18th Street.

By Bus (Public Transit):

From Rodney Square - Amtrak Station, you will want to take the Route 12. Route 12 stops right at the steps in front of Congregation Beth Shalom at the intersection of 18th Street and Baynard Boulevard. Route maps are available by visiting the DART First State website at http://www.dartfirststate.com. Current schedules are also posted on their website. Service runs on Monday through Fridays until 10:30pm and Saturdays until 7:30pm.

Parking:

Congregation Beth Shalom's parking lot is not very big, however, we have enough parking spots to cover most morning minyan services, including Sundays, when Hebrew School is also in session.  Street parking is also available on both the 18th Street and Baynard Boulevard sides of the building.  During High Holy Days and special events, Wilmington Police are available to offer suggestions where to park should the need arise.
